The LeBo Travel web platform is designed, built and maintained end to end by Le Li.

Why

Entering China and functioning comfortably inside its everyday digital ecosystem are different problems. LeBo began with the belief that visitors should not have to learn that entire system before they can enjoy the place.

Product

The product turns trip intent into practical preparation: route context, entry readiness, service decisions, useful content and a clearer next step when plans become difficult to execute.

Built

I lead product direction and design the experience across UX, UI, frontend and backend application architecture, payment integration, internal tools, content systems and web infrastructure.

System

Public planning surfaces connect to intake, service selection, accounts, payments, reviewed content and internal operations. The architecture stays conceptual here; the work is making those parts feel like one understandable journey.

Iterations

The visible product keeps changing: generic interfaces become clearer journeys, dense decisions gain hierarchy, and every rebuild is tested across responsive, accessible and operational states.
